How do I install TranZfort?+
Download the Android APK from our website (Download page or any Download App button). Google Play and App Store are coming soon. The app is around 76 MB.
What documents do I need to sign up?+
Address proof (Aadhaar, passport, or utility bill), PAN, and a profile photo. Truckers also upload RC for each truck; suppliers upload a business licence and optional GST. Upload photos in the app — our team reviews before marketplace access.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. By default, AI conversations and scanned documents stay on your phone. Anything you sync to your account is end-to-end encrypted.
How do I use the Hindi voice assistant?+
Tap the microphone in the app and speak naturally — हिंदी, English, या Hinglish. Switch the assistant language in Settings → Voice.
What if my phone has no internet?+
Most features work offline — AI chat, route planning, scanning, document storage. New loads sync the moment you're back online.
How do payments work?+
Suppliers pay through TranZfort. On delivery confirmation, payment is released directly to the trucker's bank account or UPI — usually within 24 hours.
How do I report a problem with a counterparty?+
Tap the trip → Report. Our team reviews every report in 24 hours. Repeat offenders are removed from the network.
Can I cancel a load after posting?+
Yes, before a trucker accepts. After acceptance, cancellation requires both parties' agreement to keep things fair.
